Olivier DROUIN, winemaker in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc

After beginning my career in international trade, focused on exports, I went on to spend nearly twenty years working in specialised education. These two experiences, both demanding and complementary, allowed me to develop strong adaptability, a deep sense of interpersonal relations, and a genuine passion for knowledge sharing.

Building on this path and enriched by these years of experience, I felt the need to undertake something of my own—to create and bring to life a project that reflects who I am, rooted in my home region of Brittany, in Plérin, Côtes-d’Armor.

I have always nurtured a sincere passion for wine: for its history, the richness of its terroirs, and its unique ability to bring people together. For me, wine is far more than a product—it is a source of emotion, sharing, and conviviality, where each bottle tells a story and creates connection.

12k vines were planted in March 2025

The idea of creating a vineyard of “stepping to the other side of the bottle” took root and has become reality. This vineyard will be called KDOUAR. KDOUAR reflects my aspirations, my values, and my personality. 12,000 vines were planted in March 2025 across 2.5 hectares in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. I invite you to discover and share the KDOUAR adventure together.
